Lawyer graduated in Tunis Law School, then at Paris II University with two Masters, one in Fiscal and Finance Law and another in Public Law, Brahim Mouelhi’s professional career developed mainly as project lawyer for major construction projects, and then as Legal Manager successively for one large construction and services Group, and subsequently of an E&P Company taht operates several petroleum fields. Since he retired in 2020, he has founded an independent consultancy company dealing mainly with development and management of large construction or PPP Projects and acting  as a mediator – arbitrator near a French arbitration organisation.
