TO SUM UP:
Holding a master’s degree in civil engineering with ENPC, I started working as a design engineer then I became the design or project manager of large civil engineering projects. Finally I was the chief audit officer of a major group operating in the construction and concessions sectors. In this last position, I was in charge of leading the risk management system, internal control, internal auditing and fraud prevention. The qualifications gained during my career also include a master’s degree in business administration with IAE and a doctorate with Le Havre University.
Such experience provided me with a thorough knowledge of risk management at the various stages of the projects: submissions, preliminary and detailed design, construction, completion and permit to use, operation and maintenance. In conjunction with dialogues with clients and/or partners, this expertise has been facilitating the resolution of a number of operational issues.
